| | | | | This dealer was superb when I was buying my 1 year Autorail Apache E700 at the end of June 2008, however all that has changed with very bad customer service and after sales.
I am still waiting for V5 Registration Document (DVLA has no record of me being the owner)
They gave me incorrect information relating to the tracker systm I had fitted.
I am still waiting for a puncture repair kit
I am still waiting for a replacement drop down monitor as mine is faulty
I still have a faulty Free view reciever
My number plate has fallen off as they put it on with tape
One of the blinds keep on droping down
They sold me a faulty battery
They linked 2 batteries together with very thin wire that got hot when on charge
It is most frustrating, and to say I am a little peeved with the lack of enthusiasm on there part irritates me.
So beware that a great sales team is not backed up by an equaly great aftersales team.
