I have an Alden TV. Cracking bit of kit. Extremely low wattage too which is a huge bonus if you use CLs, wildcamp or wherever without hookup. This was one of the main reasons for my going for this particular TV - its incredible the different to battery drain. Think about your particular circumstances - if you are always on hookup then, yes, you can buy a vastly cheaper model at Comet, Tescos or wherever.

I think that Avtex is also fairly low wattage (but not quite as low I think?) but do your own research.

Vanbitz sell Alden and I think Snellyvision does too?

Can't recommend too highly.

I can endorse Meos 19" 12/230v as a good for quality/price.

I am not convinced that more expensive is automatically better in this market.
