Well for a long time now MHF has tracked trade members who are on our site, we won't have identified all of them but we do know a lot
The moderators and I have been able to see text that indicated members were traders and now we think it is time for you the members also to see
To this end there is now a graphic symbol (see the one above my avatar to see any example) to indicate trade members
If you have one of these icons and believe you have been wrongly identified as trade then please let me know via PM and we can discuss it, conversely if you are not tagged and are in the motorhome trade (dealer, manufacturer, accessories, services etc) then please also PM me and we can get you tagged up
Tagged status icons only show to logged in members (due to performance implications of extra database queries)
Does this identify trade members who are publicly open and out on the forum - so Johns Cross, Roadpro, Eddievanbitz for example, or does it also identify those member whom are believed to be traders?
Russell

All of them Russell
the vast majority are 100% traders due to email profiles, admittance, usernames etc, a few many things point to them being trade hence my section of the post asking them to contact me if they believe they are wrongly tagged
Hope this does not deter the trade members who are anonymous, but for reasons better known to themselves do not wish to divulge this information.
Personally, I don't care as long as high profile members are aware of the activities of forums and act when required.
Gerry
