I run an '03 Autotrail Dakota MAM of 4000Kg (which it is close to in running order) on a Sprinter sprintshift. I have a light right foot and cruise at about 50mph. I get 25mpg on just about every outing usually filling up at supermarkets.

My results are as follows:

2008 2.2 Turbo 4 cyl. Diesel, 3880 KG Chassis = 25mpg

2008 3.0 V6 Turbo Diesel, 5003 KG Chassis = 19mpg

Both vehicles used in same conditions, over a similar mileage.

Yes, it is a 154 bhp with a 5 speed auto.
The 2.2 litre also had an auto box.
