Ours is a 2.8, we do around 55mph when possible with cruise set at this. Always full to capacity with full tanks of fuel and water when possible.
We got around 23 to 24 to the gallon, then we had a service done and since then 25-26 but as soon as we go nearer to 60mph it starts to drop at a rapid rate.
