With the glass ones being mounted with a gap under them - does that create wind noise when driving?

Just a thought as noise = drag = <mpg.

On a German Hymer forum they have been discussing these flexible panels ebay-link.

They are meant to be good in low light conditions due to havinmg lots of tiny individual cells with lenses that focus light coming in at an obtuse angle.

I fancy one of those, but if the P&P in Germany is €49 I shudder to think what it will cost to send to UK!

Yup thats what I thought. I made a small ramp at the front of mine to assist with aerodynamics. I also didn't want wind to get underneath and act like a kite and pull the thing off the roof.
