The 681 was designed to look good but for us this was where it fell down. The upholstory in particular is designed to match the shape of the table and not your rear end, susequently for us this proved flat and unsupportive. Also do try the outside upward lifting locker doors which can be very awkward to use.
Hi & thanks. We liked the van when we looked at it today, but take your point regarding the locker doors. I do like the idea of spreading the load low down though. Rgds barry
We have a Burstner with under floor storage, absolutely no issue with chairs, parasols, tables, toolboxes etc. Sometimes wonder if it has too much, as I tend to take everything.
Re the oven, agreed it is an absolutely stupid place to have it on high. My wife says it must have been designed by a man! I have to agree.
To overcome it, we bought a childs plastic stool from Ikea this allows us a better degree of control when taking food out.
Apart from that I love the van.
Go for it!
Brian

Hi Brian, we are sure we have got it right this time & looking forward to our first trip in it. The underfloor storage is extensive, but you have to go down on your knees for access! Just organising car exchange from our Kia Sorento to either a Kia Rio (good px deal from local dealer), or possibly a Peugeot 207. We want to tow sometimes with an A frame.
