Hi
I have just return my Navman Pin570 due to a fault
I have replace it with a TT GO 500
I am unable to enter the activtaion code, I assume it need's the space in between the three lots of five characters, but there is NO keyboard option to enter a 'space'.

I went to ttcode.com and obtained my activation code which I already had anyway and their page shows a keyboard with a space, but mine don't have one..... HELP!!!!!!......

If it is the same as a tomtom Navigator 5, which I think it is, tap on Change preferences, then tap the arrow 3 times which should then show Keyboard preferences. Tap on this and change the keyboard to the QWERTY one, and SPACE is at the bottom between the arrow and Back. This will either help or confuse matters even more!!!

However i am not given the Change preferences,

I need to add a space with the code. i dont have the space key
i have a row of numbers 1-0
then 3 rows A-Z a fullstop(.) key a back key and a done key.

i have tryed to put the code without a space.
put a stop instead of a space.

i cannot change the look of the key board.

i have a phone number to ring on monday, if i have not thrown the thing out of the window.

i am not having any luck with GPS i think i stick with maps.................!!!!!!

John
