There must be something wrong on your machine because I, like others. have had no trouble adding fuel stops.

I have already tried a desktop on XP, a laptop on Vista, and an iPhone, with the same result for each. All worked ok previously, so it must be at MHF end!

I don't understand this!

I am getting absolutely no help with this, other than a few saying, "well it works fine for me"

It is now over 5 weeks since I reported on here that the refueling entry option does not work (for me), and it is still the same!!!

Sorry to say this but I don't see nuke spending a lot of time on this. Especially as it seems its only your entry that seems to be affected mine has just worked fine as well. I have no doubt that it is, as you put it, at MHFs end, it probably is a corrupt data file that when read gives the error.

the only thing i can think of that might trigger this is the use of ( and ) in the name of the motorhome i.e. you have "2005 Autocruise Starblazer SL 2.8 HDi (chipped) with Diesel Heatin" which has overrun the length allowed and also the "(chipped)" bit might cause it

I have removed this latter bit from the vehicle name, try now
