They'll take the heat deflector and griddle. Not sure that you'd get the whole pan/base into them, but that never gets too dirty anyway.

I tried to get ours gleaming the first couple of times we used it then thought - why? We don't scrub our garden barbecue, so why scrub the cadac? We have no intention of selling on and if we did we would sell as is. So, our cadac gets a wash in hot soapy water, no scrubbing or soaking so it is always cleanish - even if it doesn't look it. We have enjoyed it, and used it, much more since we took this approach, barbecue and all! And, I'm happy to say that this lackadaisical approach is spreading to my thoughts of cleaning all things camping - as long as it doesn't cause disease I don't care LOL. I know this will horrify some folk, sorry!
