LeisureTech say I'll only fit an 85w onto the roof.

Hi Kelcat. It sounds as if you might like to a larger one on if you had the space? I was very restricted on my roof as I had limited space between the central roof light and the side roof bars.

I measured the space and spent a lot of time on the internet Googling all the different Panel manufacturers. What I found was that all the cells are similar size but the alluminuim frame size into which they are put can vary considerably for the same configuration of cells.

If your chosen supplier only deals with one manufacturer he may also be limited.

I found one slimmer panel that would fit between the roof light and sidebars and was able to fit two 85w panels where no others would fit. This trebled my capacity.

I would recommend a bit of independent research rather than just going by what your supplier says. A scale drawing and with cutout templates for the panels also helps

The panels that you move to get best results, can whilst wild camping, move to someone elses van while you are away.
I consider this to be a philanthropic gesture on behalf of all the users of these panels. Laughing
