I've been with them for 14 years and I have the van and their combined house/contents/travel cover as well. Just got my van renewal for another year. Always had very good service from them.
No real problem that i know but bear in mind that new business will always be cheaper and the price will creep up over the years

We've been with them for 11 years. Firstly on recommendations from the Motorhome List.
We had to claim on insurance 8 years ago and it couldn't have been handled better.
Get a price, get it fixed, get on with your life.
We have the added breakdown insurance and had a puncture in France 2 years ago. We had to ring them as we are now unable to deal with changing a wheel ourselves.
The breakdown guy was to us within the hour and we were well satisfied with the way it was handled.
They even rang us back later to check that everything was ok.
We've been with them 2 years and find them very competative.
That said, be sure you understand just what is covered and what isn't as they do not cover most of the contents of your van. We are OK with that.
They don't take into account 'no claims bonus', but if you make a claim they add a surcharge on next years premium.
They cover Europe for 365 days provided you live in the UK, etc.
We stored our Hymer in Spain over Christmas and emailed Comfort with the details. They emailed back confirming that the vehicle would be covered by them whilst stored there.
Interestingly, before Comfort we were with Saga. A letter dropped through the letterbox from Saga yesterday which suggests they are offering motorhome insurance "from the equivalent of just £12.50 a month". I'll look at that nearer my renewal date.
