I was insured with Caravanguard for a couple of years, but one incident got my back up. In terms of policy I advised Caravanguard of change of domicile from driveway parking to a nearby very secure CASSOA member storage site. Even though I had paid the annual premium upfront they charged me an extra premium of £15 for just 5 weeks, the remaining term, because of the change of postcode. Why should i pay more for a more secure site, I asked, because the computer said so! Not a lot of money, but it's the principle. I wrote a letter of complaint but got no reply so I voted with my feet.
