Am I missing something? It looks like this is attached to the tow hitch so won't it swing on reverse? If so, same problem as any other short trailer behind a motorhome.

I looked at the blurb on the scooter tow thread. There is no braking mentioned and it is claimed to be as legal as a dolly. Well, forgetting A Frames, dollies are not legal except fopr recovery.
The one DPT Dave linked to will not need to meet braking as it is not fitted with tem, but it will need to meet 2014. It should also reverse.
The other one and the one on the scooter thread will need to meet braking and reversing and 2014 in due course. At present they do not seem to meet braking. Cannot comment about reversing.
They will be at risk in Spain, not sure about Germany, where it is the axle distance that is used for the objection to A frames, and as only one wheel is on the ground that is not contraindicated here.
Hi all, I just thought I would clear some questions that everyone is talking about, EZETOW has independent suspension and also a steering stabilisation system to ensure there is no wheel shimmy, so it can also be towed empty, 750 kilo trailers and above need brakes.
Sorry for the confusion the pics on the web site are old and more development has gone into the trailer since then.
Hi Bill, If brakes are fitted to a trailer under 750 kilos gross, they will need to be working correctly, if not maintained one wheel could be out of balance with the other one, this could cause an accident if one wheel decided to lock up, some of the older trailers did have brakes fitted, mostly the home made ones that used an axel out of a car.
If you can't get them to work correctly, just remove them, as long as you are under the gross weight allowance.
