Hi folks, it was the mike someone loaned me a plug in one and it worked...sent for one from Amazon came next day, a small plug in at the side, its brilliant and only cost 8 euros 50 and that included delivery...happy bunny again

Hi there, I have this problem all the time when talking to my daughters around the country. What happens to me is that somehow the slider gauge for the sound in my settings takes itself back to mute all the time. I have to make sure i have the settings are open and when the call is coming through I quickly slide the volume tag right up. If the call is dropped for whatever reason and we re-call each other, I have to go through the process all over again. Nobody can tell me why it happens but its a real pain.
Hi Wendy yes I thought it was that to begin with, but no problem now with my new mike, I was checking all the slides before, but donīt seem to have to now, thanks for answer anyway.
