Unfortunately server was victim of SPAM attack tonight and hence the slow down on site etc. This has now been rectified by Stuart and myself and we are putting measures in place to prevent this in future

The spammers are from Brazil emailing apparently random email addresses (Not site members) about something called the Tribunal superior Eleitoral

search for that expression comes up with a site which when translated says:

The Electoral Superior Court does not send e-mails the voters, nor authorizes none another institution or partner to make it in its name.
In case that the voter receives message from email requesting update of data registers in cadastre for Electoral Justice, he must erase it. He can contain a computer virus.

Received a spam email supposedly from ebay. Actually it was from Romania but looked very genuine. It was offering power seller status. There are a lot of nasty people out there! Thanks for your efforts Nuke.
