We fitted a dual reversing camera setup and a mirror mounted monitor.
Works really well.
The biggest issue is you need to focus on the monitor as it's close rather than the reflection from a normal mirror which would normally be distant.
But you soon adjust.

All solved now thanks to the forum members. It did just slide up and off leaving just the stuck on plate which is very small and which I shall leave, Even managed to find a member who needed one too, so thanks everyone.
