I found this on interweb thingy

"This model is supplied with a key for emergencies. There is a plastic panel in the middle of the door with a silver sticker on which the moel number GXB0709 is printed . Lever off the plasic panel to reveal the keyhole. If you have the key, great. If not take the safe to your local lock smith and they will open it for you, provide you with a key and set a new combo too!
