A good source of passwords is to use reg numbers from vehicles you no longer own, they're easy to remember and are alphanumeric, you can assign a different vehicle to each account.
Always assuming you can remember them, I seem to store that sort of thing easily, same with phone numbers, anything else though I'm terrible.
We are surrounded by letters and numbers, so it's easy to find passwords everywhere, such as serial numbers of equipment you use etc
A product that I have been using for about a year now is Lastpass.
It is basically a password manager. It will generate really strong random passwords using all the symbol keys, numbers, lower and higher case letters. It will then remember these passwords and your log in details for each site in an encrypted form online.
You only have to remember one password and that is the master password to get into your account.
Once logged into my lastpass vault I can log on to my email or sites like mhf with one click.
I am not proposing this as "total" solution - you still need good goof virus/malware protection but I think this is a good product.
However no need to take my word for it you can download and use the free version of it free of charge and set up a little pilot test.
The premium version costs $12 (USA) per year but offers significant additional safeguards.

Hi.
I loaded this program down as the trial version but decided it was not for me.. The funny thing is, not long afterwards the phishing / hacking into my e bay pay pal happened.. Coincidence?.
