some posts in your link mentioned disabling "Site Advisor" which I believe is to do with Mcafee. I have tried this earlier as it is easy to do and have had no problems since. I will let you know if I do.
To disable it, Click on the Spanner (top right) Then "Options" from the Drop Down menu. Then "Extensions" from Left hand menu. Click the check box to disable it. No need to "Remove" as you can then "Enable" when you want.

I have carried this out and see what happens.
When I turned on Computer yesterday it was very unstable and i kept getting the message but it has quietened down now.
So I will carry on today and see what happens thanks everyone for your help

Hi Mavis, the other thing I did was to clear the Browsing History from Google Chrome. Touch wood, I have not had a problem since but I don't know which action it was due to.
At the moment Im running brilliantly so I will leave it and if I have any problems I will try clearing the browser history
