Another one is Thirsk, it is on the racecourse and in the town, you cannot stay on the site on racedays.

Barmouth, hendremynach is a very flat 20 min walk into town.
CC coed Helen, flat site in the middle, but on one edge is quite steep, there is a 10-15 walk into Caernarfon, although a bit of a hill down, which obviously means hill back.

These are both situated on the north Wales coast.
