I remember an article in MMM a while ago about one built by Rainbow Conversions in Wisbech.

We would like a layout similar to the Agusta but under 3500kg

Check out Ebay too, there are a few firms on there offering a full service, or you find the van and they'll do a bespoke conversion for you.

If you want to retain your existing layout, an alternative may be to have yours re-plated to 3500kg and shed some weight. I'm not familiar with your particular motorhome, but many I have seen could shed weight by using lighter materials.

Just a thought.
