If the alarm you have fitted is the Autowatch 695 can system then this system is definitely suited to a motorhome. I am pretty confident you have a faulty switch on the hab door. Is the switch a wireless contact? If yes then this system has been designed for motorhomes. The 695 can system has the wireless sensor receiver built into the alarm just like the meta can alarms. The wireless contact capabilities built into a car alarm would be pretty pointless as you would never need them. On the Autowatch system like I said earlier you need to assign the contacts to a specific zone. If the fitter who installed it has not assigned it to the correct zone then you will have the problems you are having. Once the switch is working correctly and the zone has been programmed correctly then just opening and closing the habitation door will disable auto rearm because the alarm has detected a door has been opened.

Wireless contacts are pretty pointless anyway Laughing given how easy they are to overcome and the information being readily available on the internet Wink
