I wonder why there is such a huge difference in prices with gaslow hoses?
a 750mm bottle to regulator hose can be obtained for £24.99 whilst a 600mm second bottle hose starts at £44
Also why do all the hoses on gaslow website and brochures have nicely finished and polished welds while the ones you receive are crap
Filling my Gaslow for the first time tomorrow. Found a Total garage around the corner from storage and a Morrisons less than a mile, both 67.9pl
Despite my aluminium skirt not being flat, the fill point fitting has fit very well indeed. Photos later in new thread.
Filled first time and no problem with the gaslow warning of 1st time fill shut off not working. Cut off at a smidge over 12 litres for a wallet breaking bill of £8.17.
The level indicator float however had stuck but by the time we got to camperuk here near Lincoln it had freed itself and shows full.
Only another 20 fills to be in profit

Hi Techno
Glad it went OK. It's a bit daunting the first time, eh?
They stick quite regularly - but if you check the level after a journey (like when you get home) you will get an accurate reading.
Since you are new to this game, are you aware of how the indicator functions? It's perfectly adequate (in spite of some ill informed moaning at regular intervals on here ) but because it's just a little float positioned about a third of the way up the cylinder, it always shows "Full" until the cylinder is half empty - or a bit less.
This diagram explains it perfectly.
Just keep an eye on it and (for peace of mind) top up no later than when the needle gets to the yellow.
