Looks clean to me for the money and 45 k on a 2.8 turbo diesel is nothing as long as it's been serviced. Should have another 200 thou left in it!
Probably motorway miles as well.

Go drive it. You'll know in under 10 minutes whether or not you want it.

Heads up -get a damp test done though. As long as it aint damp most other things can be sorted if they have to whereas fixing damp can be, and is VERY expensive.

At the risk of sounding anal ask to be alone in it to decide for half an hour and go over it with a microscope - every cupboard door, oven door, oven knobs, lights, the shower floor especially, taps, roof vents, windows, all the little tiny places... open them and close them. I guarantee you will find one or two kanckered things and not believe you didnt see them. One of you start at the back and one at the front and move to the middle.

If it was a Porsche 911 for 20 grand you'd really give it the once over.

All the best

Paul
