Just resurrected our PVR from the van, there were some old recorded programs still in the library, QI being one of them, which was on Dave when we recorded it, now my EPG is devoid of both Dave channels (ja vue too) the Freeview list says it should be there, but tint on our telly no more.
I know it's there, the problem is that if I run with the 8 day guide it isn't there, and if I run the 14 day guide it is there and can be viewed, but there is no program info for any channel, and it can't be recorded, there is a fix, but it will only work in 8 day .
So frustrating, as it was fine before, I thinks it's a software problem, but I can't find any contact info for bush or top up tv.

If you have carried out a first time installation it will be there in the list of channels. The issue with the epg is likely to be tha fact that the Bush is designed to use an EPG that has been discontinued. There were a lot of Top-Up recorders that used the old Channel4 based EPG, which is no longer transmitted.
There is unlikely to be a fix as Bush-Alba is now owned by Home Retail (Argos) and they do not support any products prior to the purchase.
Top-Up Tv are unable to offer any support either.

An odd but small development, on 8 day epg it now sees Dave and ja vu too, so I can at least record those channels, however the 14 day guide is still empty of info bar the channel names, no program info.
for some reason too, when going through the epg some of the channels have no info at first but if I wait a while sometimes it does appear.
On a google search it appears that Real Digital may appear in the mix next year as they may have taken over Topup TV
Another problem I've just noticed is, when restarting a program there used to be resume on the green button, but now it seems to be intermittent at best, now it's just a tick instead of the 2 chasing arrows, so I have to restart it from the beginning and fast forward to where I stopped watching.
I should add that currently it's running on a indoor aerial for the moment, although the signal strength is high 8/10, quality is medium @5/10
Regarding the epg; don't you just need to wait a while for it to populate, if i power cycle our humax the epg is initially blank and takes a short while before it starts adding the info, my understanding (which may be wrong) is that it's broadcast on bbc1 so it populates quickest if you leave it on that channel.

The 14day (ex Channel 4) EPG is no longer transmitted.

Sorry Gerry, I missed your post.
I now have another problem, although the box seem to be working OK even on the indoor aerial.
When in the TV Guide page, with info turned on, when I scroll down the channels starting at BBC 1 I get info on all the channels down to No7 BBC Three, if I continue to scroll or page down the info remains on TopUp Showcase, unless I scroll back up, which is a real pain, I'm sure it didn't do this before, but I've not used the box much for a while due.
I contacted Topuptv, but they expect me to subscribe to get help, but it's not that big an issue, just a bit off a pain.
Does anyone know the fix, box details are as follows.
Software version = 7.04
Make = Bush
Model = BTU320DTR
SERIAL No = 833303273900000789
Top Up TV CAN = 167814859715
No Smart card
Transmitter = Yorkshire
