I hope you get your heating fixed ok seems pretty poor service do the makers not realise that it is in the wintetime that heating is needed. This is probably not the best time to ask but how do you find the alde heating in general? We have truma blown air in our Bessacar but pick up our new Elddis Aspire march the first and wondered how the heating compares uch as how long to warm the van from cold many thanks.
We have Alde heating and it is brilliant. All-round steady heat. Silent.
Had Truma in other vans. Wouldn't go back to blown air. As for time heating up it is same as with Truma - takes longer on electric than gas but it heats up fairly quickly. Also has the blessing of a heat exchanger which means you can utilise the heat from your engine whilst travelling so when you stop the van is already warm and the water is hot. Does use more gas than Truma but worth every penny.

Frankia fitted the Hella Circulating pump MP30 hella part nos 8TW 005 755-117
(Could also be BMW part nos 64118390090 fitted as an auxiliary or secondary heater pump)
these Hella pumps used to be in the ALDE catalogue but they look as though they have been replaced by a Primus pump
Europarts tell me this Hella pump is available via them :-
