Hi many thanks to all who have replied

both the leisure batt and the engine batt are showing full but we are on hook up so low voltage shouldnt be the problem

its now xmas day afternoon and weve now managed to get it down by keep going to the control panel and pressing all buttons which has slowly moved it inch by inch each time to get it back - thank goodness so its staying as it is til we get back - we'll take it back as brand new

to be honest its our first trip out in it as its our new van and we swapped just a couple of weeks before we left so no time to check for problems in uk as you'd normally take a short weekend off to pick up issues like this .................... anyway not to worry we in Benidorm so plenty going on !!!

so a happy xmas to you all and cheers for advice - v much appreciated

all the best
Chris
