As I said, I wasn't sure if I understood their problem. Obviously I didn't.

I thought it might have been a similar problen to the one that I had when upgrading to Windows 7 Ultimate and Office Professional 2010.

I thought I'd lost everything until I was pointed in the direction of Windows.old. Anyway the info may be helpful to others, who knows? Very Happy
