It has the lights but these seem to be too bright at night

my only regret , not buying the next model up which can via sd card play music video and film etc and pipe the sound to the radio via a fm transmitter ...
and hd picture.

i can only assume the cost of systems from the traders is largely due to the time involved fitting everything which i assume will take more than an hour or two..

I fitted a twin cam system in 2008 and they are still working perfectly.

See my original post http://www.motorhomefacts.com/ftopicp-383318.html#383318.

The cost was very reasonable from here

Plenty of cabling supplied and the job was straight forward, even for a DIY numpty like me.

So the moniter fits great on a mirror mounted on the underneath of the A class bed and plenty of clearance when the bed is down - and there s power and earth there under the matress from the cab lights mounted in it and it even times off after 20 minutes when ignition off to prevent engine battery drain.... Wink

Obviously i have to follow this power feed back as its route is so designed not to trap the wires as the bed lowers and in the interest of saving time and the amount of wires a two camera system will need, i was wondering if i could get really sneaky and use one of these cables that would supply a camera power feed and spur it to both, a normal camera feed and use the white audio cable for the second camera...

Any thoughts on using the audio for a camera feed as at £3.80 for the entire cable i cant see the video cable being bit being of superiour quality to it ????
