Hi,
My name is Dave Lonergan & I run a website called Total Camping Ireland. Its an independently run camping register for Ireland & Northern Ireland which contains information on every campsite in the country, not just those registered.
I own a T25 camper & spent the majority of my weekends some where in the Irish country side. I set the site up after several annoying days spend trying to find campsites in Ireland. There was up to that stage very little information on the smaller sites located around the nooks & cranny's of Eire.
So if your planning a trip to the Emerald Isle check out my site for locations & directions, i'll be glad to hear about your experiences,

Hi, you had better take a good look at your site, as it is riddled with Spam and advertising on the forums. Not much to do with camping.

Hello Dave, it's good to see someone making an effort.
I am from Northern Ireland and so am familiar with the locations of many of the sites you list there. I think you need input from users of your web site to provide more details about the sites and verify the exact locations. While the dozen or so sites I zoomed in on are in approximately the correct locations many are several miles out.
Perhaps you could ask users to provide GPS co-ordinates, Alan.
Thanks for the reply, yea im familar with most camping locations in the West of Ireland but have only camped in Antrim in NI. Therefore im still confirming the exact location of some camp grounds . Im trying to generate discussions with other camper about campsites ratings, locations etc & this is happening slowely but surely.
Please if you have time let me know about any details im missing or pass on my site details to other Irish campers. I think the site's best feature is the ability to give driving direction to any campsite through the campsites by county pages,
Hi Bob thanks for the heads up , Yes I am slowly getting the forum under control , some US spammers got hold of the site details & i've had alot of hassel stopping them. I hope you still like the rest of the website

I think the two above are new to you. Note they are aires for motorhomes, not camp sites so maybe you won't want to include them.
Jordanstown Foreshore Park, Caravan Park: N54.680803, W05.8840587
This one is in your database but the position shown on the map is not correct.
Co. Fermanagh.
Loaneden Caravan Park, Kesh. N54.525341, W07.735834
Web site: http://www.loanedencaravanpark.com/
This one is in your database but the position shown on the map is not correct.
Edgewater Holiday Park (formerly Drumrush Holiday Park and still called that on many maps), Boa Island Road, Kesh. N54.5322, W07.7536
This one is in your database but the position shown on the map is not correct.
I didnt know about the aire's in NI. I know there is one in Donegal ok at Killybegs. Yes I will be putting them into the site, i want every place a campervan , caravan or tent is welcome in Ireland,
