Ben sorted this earlier, but looking in the logs this is due to someone "having a go" basically a bot has been attacking the site looking for loopholes to post spam and all the traffic generated overran set limits
I keep the limits at a certain point above our normal usage for exactly this reason so i detect things as and when they happen so they don't turn into full scale hacks
