Yes.

Mine appears on the line above the thanks button.
I click on that and it takes me to my library.

You cant be thick Loddy. I have worked in IT for 25 years and I cant find the button either from the main page. Unless of course that makes me thick as well.

Join the club........

the way that I access the bookmarks is at the top of the page, above the first post on the right hand side of the page (but near the middle!!! Laughing ) there is a button labelled "Bookmark"

when you press that it adds the topic you are looking at to the bookmarks...... Rolling Eyes

if you then read what it says it offers you the chance to go to your bookmarks - go there and you will find all of your bookmarks (including the last one that you added just to get to them.... Laughing )

scroll down the list to the bottom and press delete - that gives rid of the last one that you added and then offers you the chance to get to the rest of them......

I am sure that is not the "approved" way of getting there but it seems to work for me........

Try it and see until some bright spark comes along and says "Oh, it's situated above the whateveritmaybe on the thingamagig page......."

then we will ALL learn........ Shocked

Good luck,

Dave Very Happy

I think the bookmark is for topics not posts, as the bookmark button is at the top of the page.not on individual posts.

cabby

if I am right, does it mean that I am bright today. Laughing Laughing

Yes Cabby that is right it bookmarks the whole topic - go to the top of the class

(says he standing in the corner with a nice pointed hat on with MY OWN initial on it - WOW!!!)

if you bookmark a topic 'cos you want a particular post then you have to search the topic once you have located it (and of course some topics self-destruct after 30 days without anyone posting)

Dave Shocked Confused

PS I have moved this from "Off Topic" where it will self-destruct as described to "Website Help" where (I hope) the really, really bright sparks about such things are hanging out on the street corner........ Wink Laughing

Not true - that is why I moved it to "Website Help" as in that forum the threads are NOT self-destructed......

In Website Help you can happily go back to posts dating from 2005 - when diesel prices reached a peak of 98.6p / litre;

FUEL PRICE REPORT – SEPTEMBER 2005

During the past month, the UK average for Unleaded and Diesel reached an all-time high of 96.1p and 98.6p respectively on 14 September

so your bookmarking was not a waste of time - you will be able to find it as long as you wish......... Very Happy Very Happy
