Hi haven't been able to use the data card for a week, just had a look at my online account, its overdue I owe them Ģ15.60 "after repeated requests for payment we have suspended your account" They haven't phoned, emailed, or texted once Evil or Very Mad

I have a d/d account on a credit card and the no. has been changed because of chip and pin. Its all sorted now but gets right up my nose.

Olley

They are shocking for things like this, years ago I had a package that was very competitive and they failed to remind me at annual renewal time that I had to confirm, Immediately after the expiry date they put me on a standard tarrif which was higher, when I complained they couldnt see they had done anything wrong and put me back on my preferential terms. If I hadnt have noticed I would have gone on paying the higher prices.
Considering they are in the communications business they are not good at it, and I believe this is a carry over from bt days as they are the same

My son wanted to transfer his O2 phone account from the company to his own personal account. O2 turned him down as he had been given a poor credit rating by some credit info company. The lad is a Director of his own company, never been in debt, never been out of work etc. The account was to be with a Direct Debit card on an account with adequate funds. I wrote a very angry letter which seems to have got a positive result, although O2 never replied

A letter to the credit info company only resulted in a request for money before we could find out the info that they held. We did not feel that we wanted to part with any money to them, on principle!
