Hi from macboro,
Been a Motorcaravaner for 15 yrs, traveled most of Europe from Norway down to Italy. Active member of the MCC. Live in the NE use Yorks and N.Counties most wk-ends. Organize small rallies each year (5-6 vans) to Europe.
Started life with a Eldiss 270 moved on to a Eldiss 320 (A Tardis)
Commissioned a new Hymer Camp Swing 554 from Germany in 2002.
changed seating to suit, added mods, now very pleased with van, excellent
2.8 TD Fiat. loads of power for smaller van.

Hi macboro and welcome to these forums.

We are a friendly lot and I look forward to you sharing with your experiences with us.
We rallied for years with a caravan but have not done so since owning a motorhome. Probably too many memories of being towed off fields at the end of rallies (and the odd occassion of being towed ON at the start!)

I'm a Geordie living in Yorkshire.
We do a lot of rallies around the Dales mainly for the walks.
Have you been to the Czech republic? as we are going this summer, and can't find anyone who's been!
