I received my Globesat dish and mast from Road Pro this morning. Its the one that looks like a flying saucer when fully down. Spent about an hour taking out the old (and battered) terrestial TV and FM aerial. Thankfully the new mast fitted in the same hole and has made a good seal. Then connected it up to our old household sat box (Manhattan 5900). Astra came in straight away without even using a compass.
I was really surprised how easy it is to pick up various satellites by swivelling the pole after setting the up and down thingy first.
It was quicker than trying to retune your telly to the local land transmitter after you find which way to point the aerial.
I bet that with a bit of practice we'll be quicker than an oyster or camos to zero in on the sat! Cheaper too at just over £200.
