Hi Chris

I don't know how helpful I can be but feel free to PM me and will give you my number, I speak fluent French ( yes fluent - lived and worked there for 13 years ) however......just as most women won't know what a particular engine part is in English, I will not be much wiser in French. As far as the accommodation basics are concerned, heating water etc etc I will have no problem, but will obviously get stuck on engine specifics that would be chinese to me in any language !

happy to help if I can

Here's a tip......we recently bought a Hymer from Germany with a German manual ( not one of my languages ) and after we had ordered and paid for a manual in english a helpfull MHF member told us if we contacted Hymer in Germany they would send us one for free, even though we had bought her second hand. You could try contacting the French company to see if they will oblige, will call or email for you if you like.

Hello,

For the time being for the important bits you could post me the French and I can Translate it or you could try babelfish

www.altavista.com

Otherwise you can get one from Renault within 2 days FREE.

Good news
Emailed Renault UK last night with the query and lo and behold they phoned me lunch time today with address and cost of £5.
Not a bad response I must say.
Thanks all
