I have today instructed Mssrs Merryweather and Co to act on my behalf and sell the house....
All I need now is a buyer.
If it sells quickly I shall take up residence at The Hotel Kon-Tiki prior to setting to our place in the sun in January 2007.
We can't wait. We have decluttered - and are raring for action.
