I have paid out to use a commercial application for newsletter sending that i use from my local server rather than running the built in one on the MHF webserver
This has many advantages, the main one being that all subscribers to the newsletter send will receive their monthly email newsletter (Caveats: If they have space in their inbox, their email address is correct in the MHF Account page, they don't have too intensive SPAM Measures that push the newsletter into trash / SPAM bins due to it being in html etc etc)
I will hopefully be sending the newsletter using this new system over the next day or two so time will tell
