WiFi Hot Spots, EU directive Forums

I have just read in the latest "Motorcaravan" Magazine that there is an EU directive for everywhere offering accommodation (including campsites) should offer a WiFi hotspot within the next 4 years.

Anybody know if this is true?. If so sounds like great news. Don't expect it will apply to small CL types sites though.

30 pitch campsite with indoor heated swimming pool open all year ...west Cornwall just went WI FI £3.50 per weekly access...owner told me that many campers wanted this service so even here in the sticks we are getting there......This camp site is a little gem and a well kept secret but if you want to know what it is called I may just tell you......
