Thanks for the report back, I do have a reel but to do the job easily it needs two people to wind neatly and the reel is not easy to store away. As the carrier you found is so reasonable in price I think I will get one too.
Cut the recommended 25 meters into 10 and 15 m lengths.
plug and socket them to be able to join together.
Both pieces will coil into a normal 2gal plastic bucket(which in itself is carried by most) also three pigtails fit in. One for "GB" wired one reversed wired both with continental 2point 2strip earth plugs. The third with GB three point plug for visiting friends in UK! Mark each length with tape&/or felt pen
Statistically I have found 7/10 times the 10m lenght is sufficient,2/10 the 15 and 1/10 joined as 25 m. NB I wrap a plastic bag round the joining plugs in case of heavy rain.
This method also a;ows you to plug into 'van and walk with bucket and cable pays out to the bourn.

I wind ours into a coil
Hold plug in LH & draw cable in with Rh
With practise you will draw in the same amount each time (about 1yd)
When I reach the other end I just Fasten Plug & socket together & fasten a string round it
In Mud or snow try to hang the cable from the hedge to keep it up from the ground
Any extra cable can then be looped back & forth along the hedge
This keeps the cable away from feet
People wlking on Cables tend to make dents or holes in the outersheath
Also leave one coil at each end
