After picking up our long awaited van, found the connector for the shower wouldn't stay up, got in touch with Marquis (somethings very good, somethings up your nose) they got in touch with autotrail, we had a horrific stainless steel thing fitted, I WAS NOT PLEASED! I phoned autotrail, and was told they don't make gold fitments anymore (!~!) I hadn't asked for gold but thats what was in the van, so i was poised,cross and assertive, and very displeased (get the idea!!!) also told him that M's service manager had said he would nt have been happy with it either (he got told off for that!hmmm!!!!. Then blow me down within a very short space of time, we were told they had found something for us, albeit seperate items, and they are absolutely BRILLIANT, they look and do the trick admirably, (even better than my shower at home) YIPPEE for autotrail and Marquis
