Adding a gauge to a gas pigtail

Right - I've sourced an unusual pigtail which connects my German regulator to UK propane cylinders. Now I need to get a gauge to connect to it so I know when the cylinder is almost done.

Does such a thing exist or do they always come attached to a pigtail? If so my hunt is over - it just cannot be done!

Thanking you kindly.

Stormy

Hi stormy,

There’s a few
bits here that may be of use

What about the shop you recently got the pigtails from? If they have that sort of thing, they’re bound to have gauges as well Very Happy

Hi Steve!

It was completely by chance they had that pigtail available, I don't think they stock them by nature.

Anyway thanks for the CAK Tanks reference, am sure they could help. In the meantime got myself one of those magnetic gauges that probably don't work.

Hi
You've probably sorted the problem by now, but if not try Gaslow (www.gaslow.co.uk). We want the same thing, and they are currently looking into it.
Cheers
Jessy
