Had the Koolprint running whilst surfing and other things, got somewhere with Mike .....................

This was what I got yesterday

stacey: hi, how may I help you?
You: I'd be grateful if you would check an order number for me, please. You: KU-61323380211193656
stacey: another person is already checking on status of this order
stacey: are you all from same company?
You: Yes, we are the end users who have paid and wondering why things are taking so long! Sad
stacey: you have requested the refund and we have issued the refund
You: When was it issued by what means?
stacey: it is credited back to your card account
You: Not received as yet, I'm afraid Sad
stacey: transcation will appear on your account in 48 hours
You: In the meantime, putting koolprint and complaints into Google gives a cracking site ranked the highest.
stacey: we had finalized this issue, now what is the need to put that on Google?
stacey: it is resolved
stacey: credit is already issued, what else you need?
You: Because the ultimatum was that a refund should be received by Wednesday or the site would be back live. It wasn't so it is.
