SUCCESS wav I finally received my FULL refund to my account last night.

All thanks to my koolprintcomplaints site i believe and the persistent harassment by yourselves and I Smile

I Still stand by my stance of i would NEVER buy anything from koolprint and would warn anyone else away from them, absolutely appalling customer service.

I have now sourced an alternative supplier who promised delivery within 5 days and is UK Based Wink

If its any consolation...we've had fun and games with our printers (and we know them Rolling Eyes ) Its taken since August to get 2 batches of stickers and cards sorted ...so much for American efficiency Laughing - hopefully we will have them in time for Binton so will bring some along to show you if you're there Wink
