Can anybody offer advice on the following please. Very Happy

I have a Logitech Cordless Mini Optical Mouse and I've lost the bit that plugs into the laptop. Embarassed

I've searched the web for a spare part but I ain't had any luck.

Any help will be appreciated.

It will be easier simply to buy another one than track down the model and bit you need - sorry to say.

Hi Pusser,

I've already bought another one Sad but if I can get the plug in bit I'll have a spare. It's worth a try. Very Happy

my advice is put the mouse away in a cupboard and forget about it untill the dongle turns up, for the price of a mouse these days you may as well ditch it.

That's not liable to happen as the "Dongle" (I wondered what it was called) is somewhere in Turkey, Istanbul Airport Embarassed I think. Laughing Laughing

It might be worth a cheap phone call to Logitech UK technical in case they have a spare wireless mini-receiver lying around to pop in the post:

don

somewhere in my stores i have an oldish logitech cordless mouse and connector. unlikely i will ever use them again. will happily send you the connector if you want it.

might take me a while to find it though. but i guess you're not in a hurry as you've already got another one.

let me know - donation to guide dogs to cover postage will do.

des
