As a moderator I like to refresh the Forum page often to keep up with any new posts, I used to have to click on the refresh button and then wait while the page loaded... recently I have been trying a IE7 "add on" which allows me to set a any tabbed page to auto refresh at a preset interval. I use it to auto refresh the

page every few minutes. All I need to do then is click on the tab at any time to see the latest posts.

I do it differently - I have a shortcut(favourite) in my links toolbar (Firefox & IE) which with one click brings up

. This brings up the last posts since my last visit or my last click of the button.
It took me years to 'discover' how useful the Link bar can be and now would never want to browse without it. Most friends and relations ignore this neat feature and many prefer to clutter their windows with permanent favourites bars instead - Yuk
