Hi I am going to Germany at the end of the month and just wondered if anyone has if visited or better still bought anything off either of these two motorhome dealers.
You don't say if you're buying new or used, it makes a difference. I'll assume you're looking for a used van.
The dealers you mention are both fairly large set-ups, lots of trade-ins, mostly unprepared, buy as you find up to about 20,000 euro and prepared above that. Some of their trade-ins are in a right state, the internet pictures don't tell half the story.

Wouldn't touch this dealer with a bargepole. Sold me a van over the phone, flew out to collect it and they refused to sell it to me, he had a better offer the day before from an Irish dealer mate of his. No apologies, no nothing. The Brownhills of Germany.

More professional setup, has a wide range of trade-ins from the rough and cheap to nice but expensive. We found them pleasant enough to deal with but a bit on the expensive side, hence we haven't bought from them (although they will do a reasonable discount if pushed).

This guy is OK for used vans, doesn't speak English though (doesn't speak much German for that matter - he's Turkish) Reasonable prices though, seems honest and did me a good deal.
If you're buying new, go to a main dealer for the make you want to buy, you'll get better service & backup.
I have read many a comment from Germans that are ready to kill him !!!!! So my advice is to stay away from him.
We always buy in Germany, so if I know what you are looking for, I might be able to help. The dealer I always go to is fantastic but again it depends if he has got what you are looking for.
Kind regards
Maddie

It will be second hand have narrowed it down to either a Knaus 510 as first choice or a second choice of Hymer 494. Trying to stay under €20k.
