Further to my recent post about the situation In Val and Tignes (see below)

our elder son has just returned from a week in Tignes and reported he saw no motorhomes parked ovenight. He was staying in Les Brevieres which according to some motorhomers we met the other week in France was where most have stayed in recent years. Joe said he saw the odd one by day but not at night. Sadly this would appear to confirm the information given to me by the tourist offices.

We will (and did) spend our money elsewhere...shame.
