Hi

I posted a similar message on another forum then realised that this one got a lot more attention.

Am new so looking for advice about good garages/individuals in my area.

I live in Shrewsbury near to Salop Caravans in Belle Vue.

I've had queries about my suspension and it would be great if anyone lived near enough to pop round and test drive the van and let me know what they think as this is only the second I've ever been in!!!!

Best wishes

Alan

Hi Alanmos,

Last we saw, you thought you had solved your problems.

If your concerned about the ride quality on your al-ko chassis, it can sometimes be a trade off with this chassis.

You get excellent road holding etc, but the ride can be quite bouncy in the back.

Homer Very Happy

Hi Homer

Yes thought I had as the wheel freed up though doesn't seem to drop as far as the other side when jacked and seems to be sitting half to an inch lower when at rest.

True it does't roll much on corners nor affected much by crosswinds and lorries on M'ways. Does still seem to have v harsh ride and series of bumps after intial bounce - if you see what I mean

Perhaps I've just got paranoid!!!
